How to use it
- Crop to the messages. Keep the timestamps in the picture.
- Paste the screenshot and choose the language of the chat. The transcript opens on the next page.
- Copy the transcript or download it as a .txt file.
What works best
The tool reads the words and times that are visible. It does not play voice notes, and a photo in the chat only contributes whatever caption is on screen. Group names are included when they appear as text. Open Original reading if a time attached to the wrong line.
Questions
Does it work on other chats?
Yes, when the screenshot shows a message and a time like 10:42 AM. Telegram, iMessage, and SMS captures follow the same pattern.
Are the messages uploaded?
No. The picture is read in your browser. Clear it when you are done, or just close the tab.
Why would a time land on the wrong message?
A blurry capture can split a bubble into the wrong lines. Crop tighter, or move the time in the transcript box before you copy it.
